- Can I claim the GST back?
- Yes, if you're GST-registered and eligible. Add your GSTIN at checkout and claim the GST as input tax credit.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. One report per payment. Nothing renews. Buy another whenever you want a fresh read.
- How fast will I get it?
- Usually within 30 minutes. Your report arrives within 24 hours of payment. If it doesn't, you get a full refund.
- Do you need access to my Google account or my sales?
- No. We only read what any customer can see in public.
- What if you can't make a report for my shop?
- Sometimes we can't: for example, if Google shows your shop as closed, or there aren't at least two comparable businesses near you. We tell you before you pay wherever we can. Otherwise we refund you in full.
- I run a clinic. Will you quote reviews about my doctors?
- No. For health businesses we only quote what customers say about service, waiting, charges and facilities, never about a person, a medicine or a condition.
- I manage one outlet of a chain. Is this for me?
- Yes. The report is for your outlet. Where something needs fixing on the brand's website, the report says so, so you can pass it to whoever runs the site.
