You paid for a website, but people on other apps cannot reach it. Your Justdial, Facebook or Instagram page may have no website link. Then a customer there sees only half the story. Add the same website link to every page you have.
Meena runs a tailoring shop. Her nephew made her a small website with her prices and photos.
She put the link on Google. She never added it anywhere else.
A customer found her on Justdial and called to ask about prices. "Is there a page where I can see them?" she asked. There was. The customer just could not find it.
This is an example, with a made up name and business.
Fix it yourself
- Copy your website address. Open your website on your phone. Copy the address from the top bar.
- Check that it opens. Paste it in a new tab. Make sure it opens your home page, not an error.
- Make a list of your pages. Think of Justdial, food or booking apps, Facebook and Instagram.
- Sign in to each one as the owner. Open your page and tap edit. Look for a box called website or link.
- Paste your link and save. Use the full address. Do not use a short link.
- Tap the link on each page. Check that it opens your website.
On Instagram, the link goes in your profile. Our guide on linking Instagram and your Google listing shows how.

What fixed looks like
Every page you have shows your website link. You tap it on each one and your own site opens.

My website is old. Should I still link it?
Check it first. Our guide on a website that loses customers helps you spot the problems.
Will a link bring more visitors?
Nobody can promise that. But a customer who wants to know more can now reach you.
