When reviews near you complain about home delivery, customers are unsure who to trust. If your delivery is quick and careful, say so on your listing. Give an honest time and the areas you cover. Only promise what you can keep every day.
Kavita runs a medical and general store in a housing colony. Reviews of stores nearby said "delivery came next day" and "they never picked up the phone".

Fix it yourself
- Check your own reviews first. If your customers complain about delivery too, fix that first.
- Note your real delivery time. For one week, write down how long each delivery takes.
- Turn on delivery on your listing. Open your Business Profile and tap Edit profile. Look for delivery options or service area, and add the areas you cover.
- Write one honest line. For example, "Home delivery in Green Park colony, usually within 40 minutes." Use your own real areas and times.
- Show how to order. Add your phone number or ordering link. Our guide on Book and Order buttons shows how.
- Keep your hours right. A customer who orders late wants to know if you are open. See our opening hours guide.

- Never say another shop delivers late.
- If delivery stops for a day, change the listing.

Yes. Name the areas. A customer in those streets will know you are an option.
I use a delivery app. Should I still add this?
Yes, add your app link and your own number if you also deliver yourself.
Will this bring more orders?
Nobody can promise that. It helps a customer who wants delivery see that you offer it.
