Terms of Service

Viabe.ai is an AI-powered commercial location intelligence platform that provides data-driven Reports for food and beverage entrepreneurs and business operators evaluating a location in the United Arab Emirates. Our Reports cover competitor mapping, commercial rent benchmarks, foot traffic analysis, consumer personas, strategic positioning, and a proprietary Viability Rating Index (VRI) score.

Viabe.ai is operated by RKeCom Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, serving customers in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a financial services company, a real estate broker, or an investment adviser, and nothing in a Report is investment, legal, or tax advice.

By placing an order, completing payment, creating an account, or accessing any Report, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at viabe.ai/terms with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Viabe.ai offers the following services:

• One-Time Location Intelligence Reports — a 25+ page PDF covering competitor analysis, rent benchmarks, foot traffic, consumer personas, strategic positioning, and a VRI score for a specified location in the UAE.
• Free Location Snapshot — a brief preview of competitor count, average ratings, rent estimate, and VRI score for a given area and business type. No payment required.

All services are intended for commercial and business decision-support purposes only. They are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

One-Time Reports

• Standard price: AED 199 per single-location Report, charged in AED. Promotional pricing may apply when a valid coupon code is entered at checkout; the amount payable is the one shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Razorpay International). Accepted methods: credit and debit cards.
• Full payment is required before report generation begins.

• Reports are typically delivered to your registered email address within approximately 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
• The maximum delivery window is 24 hours from payment.
• If a Report is not delivered within 24 hours through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
• Reports are delivered as PDF files via email. A messaging confirmation is sent where a valid phone number was provided.
• The Company is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address at checkout, or by spam filters rejecting automated mail. Contact support@viabe.ai and we will resend.

Reports generated by Viabe.ai are licensed to the purchaser for internal business use only. The licence is non-transferable and non-exclusive. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute Reports to third parties for commercial gain.
• Reproduce or republish Report content publicly without attribution to Viabe.ai.
• Use Report data or methodology to build a competing location intelligence product.
• Use Report content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark a machine-learning model.
• Remove, obscure or alter any attribution, disclaimer, watermark or source note in a Report.
• Present a modelled figure as a measured one, present a Report as a valuation or professional opinion, or attribute to Viabe.ai a conclusion the Report does not state.

All underlying AI models, algorithms, the VRI formula, methodology, brand assets, and the "Viabe.ai" name are the exclusive intellectual property of RKeCom Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd, protected under applicable intellectual property law.

This product includes Google Maps features and content. Business listings, ratings, review counts and locations shown in our reports and dashboards are provided by Google Maps. Your use of those features and content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (including the Google Privacy Policy). Viabe.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

• Advisory only. Reports are decision-support tools and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or real estate advice. Consult qualified advisors before signing a lease or committing capital.
• No guarantee of accuracy. We use verified data sources and a multi-stage quality pipeline, but market conditions change continuously. Competitor counts, rent figures, and foot traffic data reflect conditions at the time of report generation.
• VRI is not predictive. The Viability Rating Index is a composite indicator based on publicly available data. It does not predict business performance, profitability, revenue, or success.
• AI-generated analysis. Viabe Location Check reports are location feasibility intelligence generated by AI by artificial intelligence from publicly available data and automated web research. AI systems make mistakes, including confident ones: figures, names, distances, prices and descriptions may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or attributed to the wrong place. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
• An analysis, not a verdict. Every score, band, estimate and projection is a modelled indication of how a location appears on the evidence available at the time of generation. Nothing in a Report is a statement that a business will succeed or fail, or a recommendation that you should or should not proceed.
• Estimates are scenarios, not forecasts. Revenue, break-even, payback, footfall, rent and demand figures are modelled from assumptions stated in the Report. Change an assumption and the result changes. They exist to be pressure-tested against your own numbers.
• Validate before you commit. You are responsible for independently verifying anything material before signing a lease or committing expenditure — at minimum the rent actually quoted for the specific unit, the physical premises and layout, on-the-ground footfall, licensing feasibility with the relevant authority, and your own financial model.
• Regulatory content is indicative. Licensing and permit information is a starting point for your own enquiry. Requirements vary by building, use, size, layout and local authority, and they change. No Report confirms that a permission will or will not be granted.
• Read the Report's own caveats with its figures. Where our data is partial, truncated, modelled or low-confidence, the Report says so on the page. Those disclosures are part of the output — a figure quoted without the caveat printed beside it is not something we can stand behind.
• Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report that is the subject of the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You accept that no decision to lease, purchase, invest or commit expenditure should be taken on a Report alone, and that the limitations in this section are reasonable in light of that, of the price paid, and of the disclosures made in every Report.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded, these Terms do not affect them, and any clause is unenforceable only to the extent the applicable law requires.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims and reasonable costs arising from your misrepresentation of a Report to a third party, or from a third party's reliance on a Report you shared with them, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions of validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
