Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases on viabe.ai, operated by RKeCom Services Pvt Ltd. Payments processed by Razorpay.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for:
- Non-delivery: Report not delivered within 24 hours of payment (not caused by incorrect email).
- Duplicate payment: Charged more than once for the same order.
Email support@viabe.ai with your order ID within 7 days.
2. Report Corrections
Spot an outdated or incorrect data point (e.g., a closed competitor listed as active)? Reply to your delivery email or email support@viabe.ai with specifics.
We review within 48 hours and update your report if confirmed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Dissatisfaction with VRI score, conclusions, or recommendations
- Change of mind about location or business type
- Requests more than 7 days after purchase
- Non-delivery caused by incorrect email (we'll resend to correct address)
- Viabe Pulse subscription charges after first billing cycle
Reports are market research products based on publicly available data and AI-powered analysis. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees of business outcome.
4. Subscription Cancellation (Viabe Pulse)
Cancel anytime before next billing date. Refunds only within 7 days of first payment if no Pulse features accessed.
