Viabe.ai is an AI-powered commercial location intelligence platform that provides data-driven Reports for food and beverage entrepreneurs and business operators in India. Our Reports cover competitor mapping, commercial rent benchmarks, foot traffic analysis, consumer personas, strategic positioning, and a proprietary Viabe Risk Index (VRI) score.

Viabe.ai is operated by RKeCom Services Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are not a financial services company, a real estate broker, or an investment adviser.

By placing an order, completing payment, creating an account, or accessing any Report, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
• You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at viabe.ai/terms with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Viabe.ai offers the following services:

• One-Time Location Intelligence Reports — a 15–20 page PDF covering competitor analysis, rent benchmarks, foot traffic, consumer personas, strategic positioning, and a VRI score for a specified location in India.
• Free Location Snapshot — a brief preview of competitor count, average ratings, rent estimate, and VRI score for a given locality and business type. No payment required.
• Viabe Pulse (Subscription) — ongoing location monitoring with monthly re-scans, competitor alerts, and updated VRI tracking. Available at tiered monthly or annual pricing.

All services are intended for commercial and business decision-support purposes only. They are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

One-Time Reports

• Standard price: ₹4,999 per single-location Report.
• Launch Scholarship price: ₹2,999 for qualifying early orders. Availability is shown at checkout; the Company makes no guarantee of slot availability.
• Comparison reports (2–3 locations): ₹7,999–₹9,999 as displayed at checkout.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Full payment is required before report generation begins.

Viabe Pulse Subscription

• Monthly plans range from ₹499/month to ₹2,999/month depending on tier.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are not issued after the first billing cycle of any subscription tier.

• Reports are typically delivered to your registered email address within 15–20 minutes of payment confirmation.
• The maximum delivery window is 24 hours from payment.
• If a Report is not delivered within 24 hours through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
• Reports are delivered as PDF files via email. A WhatsApp confirmation is sent where a valid phone number was provided.
• The Company is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address at checkout, or by spam filters rejecting automated mail. Contact support@viabe.ai and we will resend.

Reports generated by Viabe.ai are licensed to the purchaser for internal business use only. The licence is non-transferable and non-exclusive. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute Reports to third parties for commercial gain.
• Reproduce or republish Report content publicly without attribution to Viabe.ai.
• Use Report data or methodology to build a competing location intelligence product.

All underlying AI models, algorithms, the VRI formula, methodology, brand assets, and the "Viabe.ai" name are the exclusive intellectual property of RKeCom Services Pvt Ltd and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

• Advisory only. Reports are decision-support tools and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or real estate advice. Consult qualified advisors before signing a lease or committing capital.
• No guarantee of accuracy. We use verified data sources and a multi-stage quality pipeline, but market conditions change continuously. Competitor counts, rent figures, and foot traffic data reflect conditions at the time of report generation.
• VRI is not predictive. The Viabe Risk Index is a composite indicator based on publicly available data. It does not predict business performance, profitability, revenue, or success.
• Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report or subscription that is the subject of the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions of validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
